1. Who we are
SyncPocket App and syncpocket.app are operated by Crafted Solutions Sp. z o.o., Tęczowa 13, 53-601 Wrocław, Poland, VAT ID: PL8971943783 ("we"), represented by Marek Pawlak, President of the Board. Contact: hello@syncpocket.app.
2. License
During early access, SyncPocket App is free for personal and business use. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control. Pricing for future versions may change — the version you have will keep working.
3. Your data
Your clipboard history belongs to you and stays on your devices. iCloud sync uses your own private iCloud; we never receive the archive — see the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the app or the site to break the law, to attempt unauthorized access to systems, or to redistribute the app as your own product.
5. No warranty
SyncPocket App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We work hard to keep your data safe, but we can't guarantee the app will be error-free — keep backups of anything critical.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or the site.
7. Intellectual property
The SyncPocket App name, logo, design and website content are our property. Apple, macOS, iOS, iCloud and related marks belong to Apple Inc.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at syncpocket.app/terms with the date above. Material changes will be announced on the blog.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in force.
